Why trade with us
Built for people who buy tiles every week
Our regular prices are already below the big tile retailers. A trade account takes it further, and makes the paperwork disappear.
Trade pricing on every tile
A trade discount off our regular price across the whole range, shown automatically once you're logged in. It stacks on top of nothing and hides nothing: the price you see is the price you pay.
One person who knows your jobs
A direct line to a tile person, not a call centre. Send a plan or a photo, get quantities, batch availability and a delivery date back the same day.
Credit terms as you grow
Accounts open on pay-as-you-go. After a few orders we can move you to 30-day terms with a credit limit that suits your volume.
Delivery that fits the site
Tailgate delivery Australia-wide, priced by weight, or free pickup from Holroyd. Need it staged across stages or dropped to two addresses? Tell us.
Same batch, held for you
We'll hold stock from one batch for an approved job, so the ensuite ordered in March matches the laundry ordered in May.
Samples and specs for your clients
Free sample boards for designers and builders with an open account, plus spec sheets, slip ratings and coverage per box you can drop straight into a schedule.
How it works
From application to first delivery
No forms to print, no credit application to start with. Most accounts are open within one business day.
Apply in two minutes
Fill in the form below with your business name, ABN and what you do. That's all we need to begin.
We check and call
We verify the ABN, then call to say hello, confirm your pricing level and set up your login.
Order at trade prices
Log in and trade prices show on every tile. Order online, by phone or email, and pay by card or bank transfer.
Grow into terms
We review accounts every three months. Regular buyers move to 30-day terms and sharper pricing as volume builds.

Trade questions
Good to know
How much is the trade discount?
It depends on what you buy and how often. New accounts start on an introductory level and we review every three months. We'll tell you your level when we call to open the account, and you'll see trade prices on every tile once you log in.
Do trade prices apply during sales?
You always get the better of the two. If a sale price beats your trade price on a tile, you pay the sale price. Discounts don't stack.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One box for a repair gets the same trade price as a pallet for a new build.
How do credit terms work?
Accounts open on pay-as-you-go by card or bank transfer. After a few orders you can apply for 30-day terms. We'll ask for trade references and set a credit limit, confirmed in writing with our credit terms.
Can you hold stock from the same batch?
Yes, for an approved order. Tell us the total quantity for the job and we'll allocate it from one batch so later stages match.
Can you deliver straight to site?
Yes. Tailgate delivery to the kerb anywhere in Australia, priced by weight, or free pickup from Holroyd. See our Delivery Terms for access requirements and lead times.
What about returns on trade orders?
The same as retail: full, unopened boxes from a current batch within 30 days, with a restocking fee. Faulty or damaged goods are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See Refunds & Returns.
