2. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, request samples, book a showroom visit, subscribe to emails, or contact us by phone, email or in person. We also collect information automatically when you use our website. We may receive information from third parties who act on your behalf or on ours, such as payment providers, delivery carriers and our e-commerce platform.
Where practicable, you may deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym, for example when making a general enquiry. We need your name and contact details to process and deliver an order.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information to:
- process, fulfil, deliver and support your orders, including arranging pickup, returns and refunds;

4. Who we share it with
We disclose personal information only as needed for these purposes, to:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store and processes order and customer data on our behalf;

We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the website is used, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We may use analytics and advertising tools provided by Shopify and other providers, such as Google and Meta. These tools may collect information about your activity on our website and on other websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some features of our store may then not work. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include secure, encrypted platforms and restricted access to customer records. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, which for tax records is generally seven years. We then destroy it or de-identify it.
If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires it.
